Availability – Call for our latest stock list as it changes often.
Shipping –The machines, oil and tooling are normally shipped as a complete package to your rigger who will bring the machine to you.
Rigging – Remedy can provide you a rigging quote specifically for your purchase.
Pricing varies because of machine size, weight and your location.
Payment terms –
- a) 75% deposit with order, Balance due Net 10 days from delivery to your facility.
When Remedy is doing your installation.
Remedy will be available to complete the installation and training at delivery.
- b) Customer installed machinery. Payment in full prior to shipment.
- c) Should the customer require delayed installation, payment in full is due at 10 days of shipment.
Taxes –
Federal are included, any state or local taxes are the responsibility of the purchaser.
Some states and/or counties have local tax’s and we cannot be liable for these.
Installation & Training –
Installation &Training options are listed in the quotations as line items.
Hansvedt or Titan will do your EDM installation and training. Titan offers phone/video training.
Warranty – 12 Months limited warranty for any defects in material or workmanship of the machine tool, power supply, control on all factory installed items.
Validity – Remedy EDM Proposals are valid for 30 days of submission. All specifications are copied from factory literature and thus they are deemed correct.
